Eliot was an owner and operator of a successful full-service country inn in New York's Hudson Valley. He understands the demands and rewards of this specialized business intimately and has a thorough working knowledge of inn economics. As an inn broker, Eliot's goal is to educate, guide and represent clients in the multi-faceted process of buying or selling unique lodging properties.
