Eliot Dalton has been part of the Bed and Breakfast Inn business for 20 years, first as an innkeeper and then as an inn broker. Eliot was an owner and operator of a successful full-service country inn in New York’s Hudson Valley. He understands the demands and rewards of this specialized business intimately and has a thorough working knowledge of inn economics. As an inn broker, Eliot's real estate practice is dedicated exclusively to lodging clients.
Eliot believes the key to getting clients results is understanding their objectives in depth. The operation of a country inn, bed and breakfast or lodge is guided by both the business and lifestyle goals of its owners. Clients benefit from Eliot's inside experience as a buyer, operator and seller of an historic inn, his experience with real estate transactions and his years of affiliation with innkeepers and trade organizations.
